Facebook Mafia Wars players are accustomed to each new territory having a collection and being rewarded for finding it. Moscow doesn’t let them down. With six new collections that can vaulted multiple times, players can search and find the items, post what they are searching for on their home page and gift extra items to other players in hopes of reciprocation. Again, the engineers at Zynga have not disappointed with their creativity in the collection.
Moscow Collections
The collection items in Moscow range from tattoos to that are symbolic of various prison eggs to priceless Faberge eggs, each one located on a different level. Regardless of which family the player belongs to in the game, the collections are the same.
- Prison Tattoos Collection: Baklany Episode: Rose Tattoo, Church Tattoo, Star Tattoo, Spider Tattoo, Tiger Tattoo, Skull Tattoo, and Crucifix Tattoo
- Matryoshka Dolls Collection: Boets Episode: Natalya’s Doll, Olga’s Doll, Oksana’s Doll, Svetlana’s Doll, Tatayana’s Doll, Anastasiys’s Doll, Ekterina’s Doll
- Russian Leaders Collection: Brigadair Episode: Medal of Gorbachev, Medal of Yeltsin, Medal of Brezhnev, Medal of Kruschev, Medal of Putlin, Medal of Stalin, Medal of Lenin
- Vodka Drinks Collection: Avtoritet Episode: Cosmopolitan, Screwdriver, Sex on the Beach, Bloody Mary, Black Russian, White Russian, Soviet
- Soviet Memorabilia Collection: Vor Episode: Red Star, Kremlin, Communist Manifesto, Propoganda Poster, Hammer, Sickle, Bust of Lenin
- Faberge Egg Collection: Pakhan Episode: Diamond Trellis Egg, Jade Egg, Military Egg, Pansy Egg, Rainbow Egg, Winter Egg, Peter the Great Egg
Each of these collections is available multiple times. Players are not limited to one vault. During the game the collections page will inform players of how many of each item they have and alert them when they can vault it and collect the boost.
Rewards for Vaulting Collections
The reward for vaulting each collection varies. The first vault yields one reward and the second vault rewards a different reward and title for the vaulting. The rewards are as follows:
- Prison Tattoos: Balkany Episode: +6 defense; Temporary Tattoo (second vaulting) +42 fight defense skill
- Matryoshka Doll Collections: Boets Episode: +7 energy; Hidden Matryoshka (second vaulting) -20 job energy cost
- Russian Leaders Collection: Brigidir Episode: +4 attack; Political Favor (second vaulting) +60 robbing defense skill
- Vodka Drinks Collection: Avoritet Episode: +4 stamina; Liquid Courage (second vaulting) +44 attack skill
- Soviet Memorabilia: Vor Episode: +10 health; Berlin Wall Section (second vaulting) +4 fight defense skill
- Faberge Egg Collection: Pakhan Episode: +8 energy; Faberge Hen (second vaulting) -24 job energy cost
Players collect items in Moscow by finishing jobs and receiving an item. Multiple items can be found as players master jobs.
Each territory in Mafia Wars has a different set of collections. Players can share their knowledge and secrets to finding these collections on sites like Mafia Masters. Collections are an evolving part of the game and subject to being changed by Zynga.
